Refund and Return Policy

We strive to ensure that our customers can shop with confidence; however, due to the nature of our products, we will handle matters in accordance with the following policy. Please be sure to check the size chart, product description, delivery time, and shipping terms before placing your order.

1. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges Due to Customer Circumstances

(1) Wetsuits (including custom-made items)

Our wetsuits are handcrafted by skilled artisans, one at a time, according to your order specifications. Since we begin arranging the fabric and the production process immediately after your order is confirmed, we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the product price for cancellations made after the order is placed due to customer circumstances.

Please note that we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer, such as incorrect sizes, products not meeting expectations, order errors, or failure to confirm delivery dates.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, exposed to water, altered, or damaged while in the customer’s possession.

(2) Other products (repair materials, fabrics, accessories, etc.)

For cancellations made after placing an order due to customer circumstances, we will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the product price.

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer.

1. In the event of a defective product or incorrect shipment

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we have verified the issue, we will arrange for an exchange or refund.

The eligibility requirements are as follows.

・The item must be unused
・The tags, packaging, and accessories must not be damaged or missing
・The item must not have been worn or exposed to water
・You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items or incorrect shipments caused by our error.

1. About International Orders

Items shipped overseas will be sent via international shipping services such as DHL Express.

For international orders, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges of wetsuits, made-to-order items, made-to-order products, or custom items for reasons attributable to the customer.

Any customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other local charges incurred in the importing country are the customer’s responsibility. These charges may be incurred separately from the product price or shipping fees received by our store and, as a general rule, are not eligible for refunds from our store.

If an item is returned due to reasons on the customer’s part—such as an incorrect address, refusal to accept the package, prolonged absence, or failure to complete customs clearance—the customer will be responsible for all costs associated with reshipment, return shipping, and any applicable fees.

1. About Refunds

If a refund is required, it will generally be processed using the following methods.

・For credit card payments: We will issue a refund through your credit card company. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your statement.
・For other payment methods: We will issue a refund using the method we have confirmed.

Refunds will be issued after we have confirmed receipt of the returned item, inspected its condition, and verified that it is eligible for a refund.

1. Cases Where Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted

We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.

・If more than 8 days have passed since the product was received
・Products that have been used
・Products that have been worn or used in water
・Products that have been soiled or damaged while in the customer’s possession
・Products with damaged or missing tags, packaging, or accessories
・Cases involving size discrepancies, differences in appearance, or order errors due to customer preference
・Wetsuits, made-to-order items, made-to-order products, and custom products
